What once began as "Florida vs. New York" transformed into one of the largest semi-pro handball tournaments in the US, attracting players from all over the world.
The Story Behind the Tourney...
New York has forever been known as handball's hometown, but over the years handball has grown more and more popular in Florida. From time to time a few Florida players with enter a tournament in New York and shock the crowd. About 10 years ago a tournament was scheduled in a park nicknamed by the Floridians as "Handball Heaven."
