**2. Eligibility for Refunds**

To be eligible for a refund:

- You must request the refund within 3 days of the purchase date or 14 or more days prior to a tournament start date (tournament registrations). 

- The product/service must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- The product must be in the original packaging.

 

**3. Non-Refundable Items**

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Some health and personal care items

- Annual memberships

 

**4. Proof of Purchase**

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

**5. Refund Process**

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

- If rejected, we will notify you with the reason for the rejection.

 

**6. Late or Missing Refunds**

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

- Check your bank account again.

- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

**7. Sale Items**

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

**9. Shipping**

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2104 Hillsgate St, Las Vegas , NV 89134

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
